Refund & Return Policy

At Rayan Herat Saffron Producing Processing and Packing Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality saffron products. Due to the nature of food products, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.
2.Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- •The product is damaged during shipping
- •The wrong product was delivered
- •The product quality does not meet agreed specifications (for bulk orders)
3.Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4.Required Evidence
To process your request, you must provide:
- •Order details (invoice or order number)
- •Photos or videos showing the issue
- •Description of the problem
5.Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- •Opened or used products
- •Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- •Orders delayed due to customs or shipping carriers
6.Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- •A replacement will be sent, or
- •A refund will be issued via the original payment method
- •Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
7.Shipping Costs
- •If the issue is our responsibility, we will cover the shipping costs
- •Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable
8.Bulk and Contract Orders
For wholesale or contract-based orders, refund terms may be governed by separate agreements or contracts.
